DELTA® Rack Cases

Fully flexible customised design is a key feature of the DELTA® rack. Not limited to standard sizes, inner frame depth and height can be optimised to suit every project.

Constructed from aluminium extrusion and fitted with same choice of honeycomb plastic or aluminium panels used across the DELTA® range, these racks are perfectly suited to industrial as well as military applications. Robust yet lightweight with hard or shock mounted inner frames, we will assist with design and supply of complete internal and external configuration.

Removable lids can incorporate storage for cables, accessories or connector panels. Other options include support brackets, shelving, castors/wheels, stacking and labels.

Zarges Mitraset Classic

The Classic is designed to protect electronic equipment against shock, vibration, electromagnetic interference as well as general environmental conditions such as heat, moisture and dust.  It is available in variable designs with different depths and heights.

Mitraset 19” cases are rated to IP 65 and made from precision-welded high-strength aluminium sheets and profiles fitted to an elastically suspended anti-vibration frame constructed of extruded sections.

A range of accessories are available such as EMI or RF shielding, pressure relief and humidity control, as well as internal accessories such as keyboard and cable holders, fixed or telescopic railing.  A removable rack frame is also available.  Cases can be in natural aluminium or painted to customer specification.

Zarges Mitraset Racklite

The Racklite is similar to the Classic in many ways but 15% lighter.  This makes it the ideal solution for projects with demanding size and weight limitations.

Elastic corner blocks facilitate stacking along with providing additional impact protection.  Comfort handles, snap fasteners are standard across the large size range with various accessories available.

SKB 3RR Removable Shock Rack

3RR cases are available in 7 sizes, 3U, 4U, 5U, 7U, 9U, 11U and 14U.  They are lightweight, shockproof, water, dust, heat and chemical resistant, suitable for protecting and transporting your sensitive electronic equipment.

Roto-moulded LMDP plastic shell ensures high strength and impact resistance with eight elastomeric shock absorbers providing equipment protection. The standard case comes with edge casters, stacking ribs, comfort grip spring loaded lift handles, automatic pressure relief valve along with gasket sealed lids.

The removable rack with “positive lock” latching system slides open, allowing full access to racked equipment. The rack is also completely removable allowing frame access for bench integration.

SKB 24”, 28” and 30” Roto Shock Racks

These rotationally moulded racks have a compound hinge system that allows the lids to pivot completely around to lie flat against the main body of the case.  The lids can also be removed by easily lifting off and are reinstalled with the same ease.

The SKB shock-rack system stacks securely with the wheels on or off and this revolutionary design is also the only shock rack that will open front and back while stacked.

Elastomeric shocks are fitted as standard along with slide out removable castors, gasketed doors and pressure relief valve.

SKB Rolling Rack

Roll-X cases are 17.75" deep and accommodate 19" rack mountable equipment with 3U, 4U, 5U and 6U rack space models. Made of polyethylene rotationally molded plastic with 2.5" wheels and industrial pull handle, the Roll-X racks interlock and stack with each other.

Ideal for transporting heavy remote recording and sound reinforcement equipment, ranging from power amplifiers to signal processors, the Rolling Rack models offer secure protection with the convenience of sturdy built-in wheels and a handle.

Standard features include TSA latches, threaded steel rails, built-in wheels, rear access door and low profile handle.

Thermodyne Quadraflex and RackPack

Available in sizes from 1U to more than 35U tall and custom depths from 20" to 36+" deep, rugged Thermodyne racks offer lghtweight, heavy-duty protection.

Constructed from modern aerospace materials, the racks are engineered for high shock protection but still weigh 20 to 30% less than comparable products. Thermodyne racks are built with integrated ribbing for added strength, multi-gauge shells designed to place that strength where it’s most required.

Thermodyne racks offer complete size customization with no minimum order quantity.  Each rack is manufactured with a custom sized inner-frame and body to your required dimensions.
